Randy's Rants
(Last updated August 3, 2002)
This section is not entirely devoted to wild-eyed rants. It actually includes calm and insightful (hah!) articles as well, but somehow "Randy's Rants" beats "Randy's Calm and Insightful(?) Articles, Excluding Reviews." As always, feel free to comment, criticize or simply mock.

Creation and Evolution in The Messenger (June 1, 2001)
I grew up in the Evangelical Mennonite Conference of churches in Canada. The official conference publication is called The Messenger. In an August 16, 2000 feature article entitled Christ Above All!, Dr. T.V. Thomas touched on postmodernism, creation and evolution. This fine article generated several rather adamant responses.
Read the original, then click the following link to read a letter by another Randy Brandt who thinks quite differently than I do (although he does have the same name and great-great-grandfather, a similar phone number and like me, boy/girl twins):

My response to Randy W. Brandt (I'm Randy B. Brandt) is found in the second letter at the following link:
